Christian Grey...for real!

The news has been out since Monday...Wow, who guessed right?  I certainly didn't.  I was voting for Ian Somerhalder:

Secretly, though, I kinda wanted to see Armie Hammer play the part.  I like his tall and handsome looks, his ability to look rich and snobby, and his deep enchanting voice...my gosh, have you listened to him talk?!  But I doubt he would've taken the role, given that I don't think he's into that type of role. Not after playing the Lone Ranger and recently playing the handsome Prince opposite Lily Collins in Mirror, Mirror. 

My Pick for Christian Grey

I just started reading Fifty Shades of Grey...and so far, I agree that it deserves the attention it's been getting! It is very well-written...explicit, yes, but it proves itself true to the genre of erotic fiction. You can practically visualize the characters in their places, with every movement, see their facial expressions, and hear every thought that comes to their minds, especially Anastasia's.

Melancholia Movie Review

I recently decided to upgrade my Amazon account to Amazon Prime so I can take advantage of the many additional benefits of being a Prime member, including the ability to stream movies and shows that I can't find on my Netflix account (many of which are at no extra costs to Prime members).

One of the recently added movies available for streaming on Amazon is Melancholia starring Kirsten Dunst. Since I've heard so much about the movie, I thought I ought to check it out. Besides that, Alexander Skarsgård is also in it. Remember him from True Blood? He was voted Best Horror Actor three years in a row at the Scream Awards!

Dream Guy of the Week #6

Did I hear someone say, "He can bite my neck anytime?" after seeing this week's dream guy? Yep! This week I decided to feature Alexander Skarsgård, popularly known as Eric Northman on the HBO series, TRUE BLOOD. This Swedish actor is tall...he's handsome...and he's got a sexy cleft chin that you just want to keep stroking all night long!!!
