You might also recall seeing Ryan Gosling early in his acting career in his TV role as Young Hercules, where he replaced Ian Bohen (from the pilot episode). The series ran on Fox Kids for just one season (50 episodes) as a spin off of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys

Although Ryan Gosling has some commendable movie acting skills in his background, a lot of us probably remember him most for his romantic role as Noah in the movie adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel The Notebook
. I mean, he was so perfect for that role...from looking like a nervous teenager in love to a grown man so endlessly devoted to the woman of his dreams. I don't think there is anything more romantic than The Notebook
when it comes to undying love!
