Here's an interesting alternative, indie rock band from New York.  The bandmembers are:

Zeeshan Zaidi – Canadian-born, Philippines-raised frontman who also plays guitar, piano, keyboards, songwriter, co-producer
Uri Djemal – who was also raised in the Philippines (by parents of Israeli and American descent)– plays guitar, keyboards, and is also co-producer
Ben Zwerin – who plays bass
Paul Amorese – who plays drums

Angels and Airwaves - Free Music

Most of you rock fans probably already know that after Blink 182's break in 2005, Tom DeLonge (lead vocalist and guitarist) founded a new band called Angels and Airwaves.  This band is still recording and touring to this day.  In fact, AVA (as Angels and Airwaves is called for short), have released three studio albums We Don't Need to Whisper (2006), I-Empire (2007) and Love (2010).

Atom Willard

Tom DeLonge just posted a video blog on the band's MySpace page about a very special film simply titled LOVE that they will be releasing on Valentine's Day 2011. Seether interview

I received a notification earlier today that the WalMart-sponsored website, SoundCheck Risers, posted an interview with Seether on their website. I checked out the site today. There are easy to find links for ordering Seether music online as either downloads or CD. One pleasant surprise is a link for a free download of Seether's Rise Above This, as well as downloads for a few other recording artists. Pretty cool if you don't already have that mp3! I didn't already have it so I downloaded it. It was pretty easy and quick to do.
